In 1970, the four hundred year-old skilled samurai Saya is sent to the Kanto High School in an American military base in Tokyo by the Council, a secret society that has been hunting vampires for centuries. She is obsessed to face the powerful demon Onigen that killed her father. In the base, Saya saves Alice McKee, who is the daughter of General McKee and commander of the base, from the attack of several vampires. When General McKee is killed by a member of the Council, Alice runs to the hotel where Saya is lodged. They join forces and go to the countryside to chase Onigen.

Momoka Inomoto is a girl with a special mission: to seal into cards evil spirits that spread vices and plagues in the world. Supported by her close friend Tomoko Tokudaiji, she has kept sealing devils day by day. On Momoka, Raima, the thunder devil, and Shokuma, the tentacle devil, who usually run around and go hiding, come pouncing to attack. In a close call, Momoka gets around to capturing Shokuma but lets Raima run away. Hurt in the battle with Raima and Shokuma, with her costume ripped and torn, Momoka comes back to a surprised Tomoko who tells her to undress the costume and take a shower. In the shower, Momoka calms her heat and flash. Then, Momoka hears Tomoko's anguished screams. Hurriedly, with a bath towel around her body, Momoka jumps into the room, where she finds Tomoko strangled by a tentacle stretching out from the card that sealed Shokuma in. As Momoka tries to put the seal back on, she hears a man's mysterious voice, saying.
